Biography of director:
Jakub is 33 years old, lives in Prague, the capital of Czech Republic located in the very heart
of Central Europe. Jakub first began filming social portraits of his friends and their bizarre
habits when he was 18, using his first digital camera. Nowadays, he has been focusing
his work on fictional plots, and he likes to combine the absurd with more personal and
exaggerated tragic stories. He particularly enjoys tackling philosophical horror topics, in
which he exposes non-actors to real situations. He believes that this is the best way to
achieve an authentic result that captures genuine emotions of torment from his characters.
